Our Funders


We rely heavily on the generosity of our community to augment this funding.   We are currently the recipients of grants from the Ontario Trillium Foundation and Service Canada.  Our donors  help offset additional program and subsidy costs and fund new and innovative programs. 

Corporate Meals on Wheels Volunteer Delivery Teams

Thank you to our corporate partners who have signed up for our "Adopt-A-Route" program to deliver needed meals to seniors and adults with disabilities on a weekly basis.

                                           
                                                     

Our Partners

Community Support Connections – Meals on Wheels and More is committed to working with everyone in our community in order to fulfill our mission.  We rely on the goodwill and generosity of many groups and individuals – and believe that together we are much more effective and responsive to community need.

Our partners span a wide range of service sectors including hospitals, Community Care Access Centre, long term care facilities, fellow ‘community support service’ providers, funders, volunteer centres, social planning councils, neighbourhood associations, municipal, provincial and federal governments, to name a few. 

We also need to fundraise to ensure that we are able to provide the services that our clients need at prices they are able to afford. Read our 2010-2011 Annual Report for more information.
