Crisis Intervention
This service provides intervention and assistance to older adults who may be vulnerable and at risk.
Such risks could include homelessness, abuse, isolation, lack of motivation, alienation, grief and trauma from losses.
The goal is to provide support and crisis intervention in critical situations, stabilize a person's environment and put a long term living plan in place.
There is no fee for this service.
